Prices come from regional store flyers entered by hand by our team and by shoppers, so some may be wrong, out of date or different at your store. Before you shop, check your local store's flyer to make sure each item is on sale there, and check the shelf price at checkout. Privacy Policy

Find the Best Grocery Store & Flyer Deals for Your Recipes

Want dinner ideas based on what's on sale, or already know what you want to cook? ShoppedOut compares uploaded Canadian grocery flyers for your meals, so you can plan one shop around your whole basket rather than one discounted item.

  1. 1. Search meals on sale

Browse dinners matched to this week's local flyer deals. Choose your proteins and preferences to find meals with strong savings near your postal code.

  2. 2. Price your own recipes

Paste a recipe link or an ingredient list with amounts. If the link cannot be read, paste the ingredients instead. Compare your recipes at selected stores within 15–100 km, and mark ingredients you already have.

  3. 3. Compare your whole basket for one shop

Compare all your meals together: recipe cost, flyer deal count, dollars saved and basket savings percentage. Your own recipes are ranked by lowest recipe cost; review the separately labelled estimated at-till bill for full packages before choosing where to shop.

Meal prices cover the whole recipe; the serving count tells you how many people it feeds. Ingredients without a current sale use an estimate. Basics such as oil, salt and pepper are excluded, so budget for them if you need to buy them. Shared ingredients are counted once in your weekly list.

Available offers depend on the flyers uploaded for your area, not a live shelf-price check. Check the sale dates and your local flyer before shopping. Browse the recipe ideas and grocery guides below while your local prices are prepared.

How ShoppedOut works

Search meals from current flyer deals or price your own recipes. Both choices use the same postal code, radius and selected stores, and bring your ingredients into one combined shopping list.

We include major grocery chains and cities across Canadian provinces. Available deals depend on uploaded flyers near your postal code, within your chosen 15–100 km radius.

Flyer prices are entered by our team and shoppers. New deals appear as flyers are added; always check your local flyer and the shelf price before you shop.

ShoppedOut is free and works without an account. Pick your meals, get one combined shopping list grouped by store, and sign up only if you want to save your list for later.
